The Community Rehabilitation Service is an award winning service provided by Second Step in partnership with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Missing Link.

We are passionate about recovery and the service is psychologically and trauma informed. The post will be based at Wellbridge House, our accommodation service in Brentry.
Are you passionate about supporting people to gain the skills and confidence to live as independently as possible within the community? If so, read on.
This is what one of our member of staff says about the service:
“Being a part of the community rehabilitation team is a very rewarding and varied job. I really enjoy being able to build relationships with our residents, enabling me to support them through difficult but also exciting and new experiences. I love that we can get involved with activities in the house such as communal meals and games nights, which gives the role a nice balance. It’s a pleasure to work with people and see them grow their confidence, discover their passions and develop their skills.”
