Receptionist / Central Reservations Coordinator (Full-Time)

All Saints Resort – Bury St Edmunds

From £12.71 - £13.00 per hour | Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate Start

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Receptionist / Central Reservations Coordinator to join our Front Office team at All Saints Resort.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and memorable welcome while ensuring a seamless guest journey from reservation through to check-out. You'll also support our Guest Relations function by assisting guests throughout their stay, responding to enquiries, and helping to create an exceptional experience for every guest.

Working Hours

40 hours per week
5 shifts per week
8-hour shifts between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm
7-day rota, including weekends
One weekend off per month

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Take accommodation reservations via telephone, email and online booking channels.
Handle guest enquiries before, during and after their stay.
Provide Guest Relations support, ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit.
Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Respond promptly to telephone calls, emails and online enquiries.
Promote the resort's accommodation, restaurants, spa, golf course and leisure facilities.
Maximise room revenue by upselling accommodation, dining and resort experiences where appropriate.
Process payments accurately and maintain guest records.
Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and professional.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Experienced in hotel reception, reservations or hospitality (preferred).
Confident using hotel property management systems, Microsoft Office and payment systems.
An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
Flexible, reliable and a supportive team player.
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
