About Us

AttentionGrow is the strategy layer behind YouTube channels for founders, CEOs, and industry experts, turning their expertise into authority and influence rather than just views. We've worked with brands and creators including PlayStation, Dexerto, and creators with millions of subscribers, building content systems that compound trust and reach for the people we work with.

We're now growing our own marketing presence and looking for a Content Lead to own it.

The Role

This is not client work. You'll be responsible for AttentionGrow's own marketing content, across long-form and short-form video, written content including articles and LinkedIn, and graphics. You'll research and write from our internal knowledge base, brief and manage our existing video editor and thumbnail designer, and make sure everything we publish reflects the same strategic thinking we sell to clients.

This is a fully in-person role, based at our Stratford-upon-Avon office.

What You'll Do

Research and write scripts for long-form and short-form video content
Write articles and LinkedIn posts that build our own thought leadership
Brief our video editor and thumbnail designer, and manage the pipeline from idea to published piece
Pull examples, references, and supporting material to strengthen scripts and articles
Keep a content calendar and make sure output stays consistent and on schedule
Maintain and build out our internal knowledge base as a source for future content

What You'll Need

Strong writing ability, with a portfolio or writing sample you can share
Comfortable researching a topic independently and turning it into a clear, well-structured piece of content
Experience managing freelancers, contractors, or a small team, or clear potential to do so
Organised and able to run a content pipeline without close supervision
Interest in marketing, YouTube, or content strategy (prior YouTube experience is a plus, not a requirement)

Pay: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
