Job Summary
Due to become increasingly more busy we are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Your skills will help foster a collaborative atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee food safety protocols to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Assist with daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food preparation techniques, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor portion control and waste management to optimise food costs while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts over any 7 days is a must, including evenings and weekends as required. Rota made weekly a week in advance.
- A culinary qualification or relevant certification is advantageous but not essential.
- Must have a driving license due to rural location in Claverdon. Public transport unreliable and uber not suitable long term.
-Wage dependant on experience.

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
