Job Overview

Office assistant and Receptionist

CSS CLEANING SERVICE

Monday 3 hrs , Wednesday 3 hr , Thursday 3 hr and Friday 3 hr , Starting with 4 day per week from 10am 12 hr per week £12.71 per hr .

Wat we looking : for a person with high quality and professional on answering the phone and customer services and social media knoledge

We are seeking a oriented and proactive Office Assistant and good telephone and smart communication skill to support our administrative team and keep our office nice organise and clean . The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all office operations run smoothly. This role is essential in maintaining efficient office procedures and providing excellent support to our staff and clients over the phone , training will be given on telephone conversation with existing client and new client .

Duties

Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and smart conversation demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain an organised office environment including keep the office area clean .
Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed, contributing to team projects and initiatives.
Time to time you will be invite to take part of new client visiting for new Quotation or existing client meeting and visiting for Monthly Audit .

Qualifications

Proficiency in using computer software .
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative support functions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
