We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our reputable automotive dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored vehicle solutions. Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and present suitable vehicle options.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs to recommend appropriate models and financing options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilise CRM system to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and industry trends.
Assist in the negotiation of deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Skills

Proven experience in sales or automotive sales environments.
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing sales activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
