Chair-Based Exercise Instructor (Older Adults)

£30 per hour | Part-time | Self-employed/Freelance

ReBalance is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Chair-Based Exercise Instructor to join our growing team.

You'll lead fun, music-based exercise sessions for older adults in assisted living schemes, care homes and community venues across Brighton, Hove, Shoreham, Worthing and surrounding areas.

This role is about much more than exercise. It's about helping people stay strong, improve their balance and mobility, build confidence, and enjoy being active in a friendly, welcoming environment.

What you'll be doing

Deliver engaging chair-based exercise classes for older adults.

Adapt exercises to suit different abilities.

Create a fun, positive atmosphere using music.

Encourage participants and help build confidence.

Set up and pack away equipment.

Travel between venues across the local area.

Represent ReBalance professionally.

We're looking for someone who

Has experience leading group exercise classes.

Enjoys working with older adults.

Is warm, friendly, reliable and enthusiastic.

Can confidently lead a group.

Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car.

Has relevant fitness qualifications (Level 2 or above preferred).

Is willing to undergo a DBS check if required.

What we offer

£30 per hour

Flexible daytime hours.

Regular weekday work.
