Full job description

Job Summary

Building and Estate Services Ltd is rapidly growing company that operates across Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, London and beyond. We are a specialist contractor working across industrial estates and commercial properties, carrying out refurbishments, repairs, drainage works, grounds maintenance, inspections, and general building maintenance services.

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team in a new role, supporting the Operations Manager in continuing to improve the efficiency of our service, as well as to maximise the levels of customer service and client experience.

Duties

Job sheet processing, including invoicing and the preparing of quotations
Speaking to contractors and operatives in the running of the day-to-day operations
Overseeing recurring servies i.e. Inspections, Grounds Care, etc
Customer service and telephone & email enquiries
New business enquiries & surveyors reports
Working alongside the Operations Manager
Other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with other CRM/Scheduling software is desirable, but not required, as full training will be given on our system
Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
