Position:

Full 360 Ownership – From winning clients to placing candidates, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle
Business Development – Build your own desk through networking, outreach, and market mapping
Client Relationships – Be the go to talent partner for your clients, delivering tailored hiring solutions
Candidate Engagement – Source, screen, and guide top tech professionals through their job search

Stay Ahead – Bring insights and knowledge of your market to the table, making you a true industry expert

Requirements:

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (ideally in IT or tech – but we’re open to strong billers from other sectors!)
A natural relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
Resilient, driven, and ready to grow a desk you can call your own
A strong communicator who thrives under pressure
Proactive, entrepreneurial, money hungry and up for a challenge!
