We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring all display cabinets are wired and tested to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Competent to re-wire and Test all Refurbished cabinets to match the OEM and latest customer specification.
- Competent to re-wire any HT Refurbished cabinet control panel to match the OEM and latest customer specification.
- Competent to fault find on a Bond & OEM Display cabinet and repair as necessary.
- Competent to build a control panel using the OEM drawing.
- Competent to wire and Test a new Bond LT cabinet.
- Competent to change LT cabinet Frame heater sets.
- Competent to exchange motors, Test and Set Up Electric Nightblinds.
- Familiar with all the different controllers we use including setting and testing.
- Maintain a high level of Health & Safety
- Any additional related work as directed by Team Leader
Experience & Skills Required
- Attended a CITB Essential electrics course
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using hand tools
- Good numeracy skills
This role would suit someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team in a production environment.
Work Pattern:
- Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00 (45 hrs per week)
- Overtime
