Full job description

Hours of Work: 24 hours per week, time and days to be agreed

Location: Donington, PE11 4TA

Salary: £16036.80 per annum, pro-rata based on 24 hours per week

Main Job Purpose:

To assist the Finance Team to provide high quality and organised administrative support across Operations and Finance Team including the use of Opera and Operational software.

Essential Requirement

The ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
A knowledge of Accounting Ledgers and basic Book-Keeping processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team
Previous credit control experience and sales ledger
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft based systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

Desirable Requirements:

Finance Experience
A working knowledge of Pegasus Opera III
