PROGRAMME DELIVERY & QUALITY
● You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality health and wellbeing sessions that genuinely make a difference — every programme planned, risk-assessed, and built around the people taking part.
● You’ll design and deliver social inclusion programmes that meet communities where they are — using culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approaches to remove barriers and open doors for the people who need us most.
● You’ll make sure every session is a safe space — keeping safeguarding and risk management front and centre so participants can engage with confidence.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH & INCLUSION
● You’ll go out and find the people who need us most — proactively reaching seldom-heard communities including people with disabilities, older adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those from ethnic minority backgrounds, and bringing them into our programmes.
● You’ll be a champion for inclusion across the Foundation — supporting colleagues to make everything we do more accessible, equitable, and welcoming for everyone.
PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
● You’ll build and nurture a trusted network of statutory, voluntary, health, and social inclusion partners — creating referral pathways and collaborative delivery that extends our reach into the communities who need us most.

MONITORING, EVALUATION & REPORTING
● You’ll track what matters — collecting, analysing, and reporting outcomes, attendance, and diversity data to shape future delivery and meet funder requirements.
● You’ll capture and tell the story of our impact — gathering case studies and participation data that bring our work to life for stakeholders, funders, and the communities we serve.
