What we look for in a Group Reception Manager:

Maintain high energy levels and ensure smooth service delivery to keep guests satisfied.
Lead and support the reception team,
Handle check-ins, reservations and guest interactions alongside the team.
Take pride in training and mentoring new staff members within the group.
Utilise IT systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
