Are you a talented Sushi Chef passionate about creating exquisite dishes? Estelle Manor is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef De Partie to join our exceptional culinary team, where creativity, precision, and passion for fine dining come together.
In this role, you’ll craft visually stunning and delicious sushi and sashimi, while working closely with our senior kitchen leadership to uphold the highest food standards, maintain impeccable health and safety, and ensure every guest and member enjoys an unforgettable experience that reflects the excellence of Estelle Manor.

- Proven experience in sushi and sashimi preparation within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment.

The on target earning potential for this role is £37,685.43 per annum based on a 45 hours contract - comprising of a base salary of £30,685.43, plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities service charge:
- Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
