Job Overview

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use
Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering expert advice when appropriate
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and barbering
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations

Skills

Proven experience in customer service within the hairdressing or barbering industry
Skilled in hair styling, cutting, colouring, and barbering techniques
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace
Fluency in English, with the ability to clearly convey advice and instructions
A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
