- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service within the hairdressing or barbering industry
- Skilled in hair styling, cutting, colouring, and barbering techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace
- Fluency in English, with the ability to clearly convey advice and instructions
