About Urban Element
We’re a digital marketing agency working with ambitious construction, manufacturing,
engineering and logistics businesses.
Our focus is simple:
we help our clients win more work by making them more visible, more credible, and
more competitive online.
We are unapologetically commercial in our approach. ROI is not a buzzword here, it is the
benchmark we are measured against.
Search sits at the heart of what we do, and 2026 is about doubling down on that. SEO, PPC
and conversion insight lead everything, with social supporting that wider strategy.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on a part-time (3–4 days per week) or full-time basis.
This role has been created to support and strengthen our Search delivery as we continue to
grow, while also giving us the opportunity to bring more expertise in-house.
You’ll work closely with our existing Search team and Account Manager, owning delivery
across a portfolio of clients and playing a key role in driving measurable commercial
outcomes.
This is not a “set and forget” role.
We are looking for someone who can think commercially, challenge where needed, and
improve performance over time.

● Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
● Supporting a high-performing, accountable team culture
What We’re Looking For

● Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search essential, Shopping highly

● Curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve results
Nice to Have (but not essential)
● Experience with GEO / AI-led search optimisation

● A genuinely supportive, down-to-earth team
● The opportunity to shape how we deliver Search as an agency
● Ongoing development and exposure to commercial strategy
A Final Note
We’re not looking for someone to just “do the work”.
We’re looking for someone who:

● Understands the commercial impact of what they do
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
