Program Overview
The Platform Associate position begins with a rotational development program which is designed for ambitious, adaptable professionals seeking to accelerate in their career. Over the course of the programme you’ll rotate through at least three key departments, gaining hands-on experience, building knowledge across multiple functions, and build the skills needed to thrive in a fast paced, innovative dynamic financial services environment.

Rotation Structure
- At least three rotations across key departments over a two year period
- Each rotation lasting a minimum of 6 months
- Opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision making
Each rotation is designed to build toward increasing responsibility, scope and knowledge, supporting your progression and advancement within the business on completion.
- At least two years of professional experience in a customer facing role, ideally in financial services
- Able to demonstrate a learning mindset, curiosity, and resilience
- Strong customer service skills
- Self motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Able to drive your own learning and development
- Adopt a continuous improvement and innovative approach
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as being a team player
- Are comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, and able to work independently
- Willing to work flexibly with a mixture of remote, and presence in office at least twice a week
- Are motivated to build a long-term career in financial services
