Early Years Practitioner - Bank staff

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dedicated practitioners who can bring warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm to our Nursery team.

Essential qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)

Desirable:

Experience working in a similar Early Years role
Paediatric First Aid

You will also have:

A good working knowledge of the EYFS
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for creating an exceptional learning environment

Working Hours

Full‑time and Part -Time, permanent
Hours agreed with the Nursery Manager
Working between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Rota‑based shift pattern
