Children's Confidence & Fitness Coach Part-Time | Training Provided | Career Progression Available

We're looking for a Children's Confidence & Fitness Coach to join our growing team across York and Selby.
This isn't your typical coaching role.
Every week we help children build confidence, focus, discipline, resilience and self-belief through fun, engaging classes and activities in a supportive environment.
We're not looking for a black belt.
We're looking for someone who can inspire children, bring energy to a room and become a positive role model.
What You'll Be Doing
Initially, you'll assist with children's classes by:
- Encouraging and motivating children
- Leading fun games and activities
- Supporting class instructors
- Helping children develop confidence and focus
- Building positive relationships with parents
- Assisting at community and school events
As your skills develop, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Run classes independently
- Manage your own venue
- Help launch new locations
- Support business growth and events
- Build a rewarding career within the organisation
Who We're Looking For
You might be a:
- Teaching Assistant
- Sports Coach
- Youth Worker
- Nursery Practitioner
- Fitness Instructor
- Children's Entertainer
- Activity Leader
- Teaching Professional
Or simply someone with a natural ability to connect with children.
Essential Requirements
✔ Excellent people skills
✔ Confident and enthusiastic personality
✔ Reliable and professional attitude
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Access to a vehicle
✔ Available for evening work
✔ Willingness to learn and develop
Martial arts experience is helpful but absolutely not essential.
Pay & ProgressionAssistant Coach
£25 per session (approximately 2 hours)
Lead Coach
£50 per session (approximately 2 hours)
Additional earning opportunities are available through:
- Running your own classes
- Opening new venues
- Community events

- Leadership responsibilities
- New member enrolments
