Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and contractors with enthusiasm, verifying access and providing directions as needed
- Conduct regular patrols of common areas, entrances, and exterior grounds to deter theft and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including administering basic first aid when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records to support ongoing safety efforts
- Assist with loss prevention strategies by observing and reporting any unusual or unauthorized activity
- Collaborate with emergency responders during incidents, ensuring swift communication and effective resolution
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security or surveillance roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform basic first aid procedures confidently in emergency situations
- Strong observational skills with an eye for detail to identify potential security risks
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with residents, staff, and visitors
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts

Pay: £312.00 per week
