On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a number of Records Controllers for a 12 month contract based in York.

As a Records Controller, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Review, organise and process large volumes of physical and digital records, ensuring information is accurately captured, managed and made accessible to users.
- Support records improvement programmes through appraisal, digitisation, cataloguing, metadata enhancement and quality assurance activities across a range of information assets and systems.
- Work collaboratively with workstream leads to improve access to critical business records, support compliance requirements and deliver project milestones.
Essential:
- The ability to accurately create, organise, maintain, and retrieve records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with document control procedures.
Desirable:
- Archivist, Records Management, or Information Management qualification.
