£30,000 FTE pro rata | Up to 32 hours | Remote (with occasional travel)

Are you passionate about making high-quality, values-led training run smoothly and effectively?
Transform Your Training works across the UK with charities, corporate partners and public services to develop and deliver impactful, trauma-informed training that supports frontline practice and organisational change.
We’re looking for a confident and proactive Delivery Coordinator to join our central team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating our training programmes, supporting facilitator recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day delivery, as well as allocating the right facilitators to the right sessions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, is comfortable working autonomously, and can use sound judgement to make decisions that keep delivery running smoothly.
You will:
- Coordinate facilitator recruitment, onboarding and ongoing support
- Act as a key point of contact for our facilitator workforce
- Allocate training to facilitators based on skills, experience and availability
- Support the setup and coordination of new projects and contracts
- Maintain and improve internal systems, processes and reporting
We’re looking for someone who:
- Works independently and confidently manages their own workload
- Is comfortable making informed decisions and using good judgement day-to-day
- Has strong organisational and coordination skills
- Builds positive relationships and supports others effectively
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Has experience in training, services or delivery environments (e.g. social care, charity, or public sector)
- Cares about quality, impact and values-led work
