About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales and marketing while gaining a recognised qualification.
You will work alongside experienced professionals, developing practical skills in customer engagement, digital marketing, lead generation, and business development. No previous experience is required just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and managing social media content.
- Support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Contact prospective customers by telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update the company CRM system.
- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Help organise promotional activities and events.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
