We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Engineer to provide proactive and reactive onsite IT support across multiple UK sites. This role combines hands-on technical support with project delivery, ensuring technology services remain reliable, secure, and fit for purpose across the region.

Carry out planned site visits to assess technology performance and implement improvements
- Provide 2nd line onsite support for incidents and service requests
- Deliver onsite IT projects including device refreshes, office moves, and technology upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through to completion
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, endpoint devices, and workplace technology
- Act as a regional escalation point for 1st line support teams
- Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and technical knowledge
- Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and third-party suppliers

Strong experience in a field-based or 2nd line IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills within multi-site environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and identity/access management
- Experience delivering onsite IT projects and technical change activities
- Ability to work independently and manage travel across a region
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
