Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' appearance and confidence through expert hair styling and grooming services.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims tailored to individual client preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and hair care.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide contemporary services.
Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred, showcasing proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
A passion for the barbering profession, with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new styles and trends.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service.

York YO1 7LF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
