Full job description

General Labourer – Full Time

Location: Gower
Pay: £14.83 per hour
Duration: Minimum 12 months, with potential for a longer-term position depending on workload.

Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday as standard. On occasions if a job needs finishing you may be expected to stay on a little.

Holidays: 28 days including a mandatory Christmas break across two weeks Christmas shut down.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer/Construction worker to join our team in Oxwich, Gower and potentially other areas of Gower depending on the work we need done.

Requirements:

Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive
Previous experience in labouring, construction and general site work required
Hardworking, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
Willingness to work across different sites and tasks as required
