We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead operational performance across the business and support the delivery of our ambitious growth plans.

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across all regions, branches, and service areas.

You will be responsible for driving performance, improving efficiencies, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for both clients and candidates.

What you'll be working:

Below are our standard working hours but if you are looking for different working hours please feel free to talk to us and we will be as flexible we can around the needs of the service.

Full-time
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Remote with associated travel to meet the needs of the role

What you'll be doing:

Lead and oversee day-to-day operational performance across the business.
Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop regional and branch management teams.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.
Support client retention and growth through excellent service delivery.
Work collaboratively with recruitment, sales, finance, and support functions to achieve business objectives.

What we would like from you:

Significant senior operational leadership experience within healthcare staffing & recruitment.
A strong understanding of workforce management, compliance, and service delivery.
Proven experience leading multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience managing change and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
A collaborative and results-driven approach.
