We’re now looking for an experienced, freelance (self-employed) Beauty Therapist / Spa Therapist/ Nail Tech to join our growing team.
ABOUT YOU
Applicants should already be confident in core beauty therapy treatments, including facials, massage, waxing and nails. Training will be provided in our signature Japanese Head Spa and specialist spa treatments.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a genuine passion for beauty and wellness
- Keeps up to date with the latest trends and techniques
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty qualification
- Delivers exceptional customer care and luxury-standard treatments
- Is confident in recommending and selling retail products
- Is available to work 3–5 days per week

- Facials & Back facials
- Full body waxing & intimate waxing for women
- Massage
- Brow waxing and tinting
- Manicures & pedicures
- Gel nails
- Brow lamination
- Lash lifting
- Japanese Head Spa
PAY
Pay is agreed following a practical trade assessment and is based on experience, treatment standards and any additional training required. In addition, we pay our therapists for their lunch break. Cleaning and end-of-day duties are paid.
Therapists earn 10% commission on all retail sales and keep 100% of their tips.
PERKS
Therapists receive 1 free treatment per month, with 15% off any additional treatments and 30% off retail products. We have a 15% discount for family and friends.
AVAILABILITY
- Friday & Saturday availability is essential (our busiest days)
- Sunday availability or weekend flexibility required, as we are open on Sundays.
We operate by appointment only, so shifts vary according to bookings. The salon is open between the hours of 0900 and 1900 (dependant on the day). Typical shifts are between 6–9 hours.
EQUIPMENT/TRAINING/RESPONSIBILITIES
All products, consumables and equipment are provided, with the exception of your own manicure and pedicure tools.
All new therapists receive comprehensive training in our treatment protocols, products and customer experience standards.
The successful candidate will need to be trained in opening & closing the salon, as well as being responsible for cleaning their treatment room. Should you be closing, you will be responsible for cleaning the salon space, supported by the rest of the team.
