JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Visual Merchandiser to join the Burberry team in Bicester, playing a key role in bringing our brand vision to life through inspiring and commercially driven product presentation. This role is central to delivering a consistent luxury experience, ensuring visual standards elevate the customer journey while supporting business performance. Working collaboratively across store teams, you will combine creativity, precision and pace to adapt displays to a fast-moving retail environment. At Burberry, this role celebrates craft, innovation and attention to detail in everything you do.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver visually compelling product presentations that reflect Burberry’s brand guidelines and luxury standards.
Collaborate closely with store leadership and retail teams to align visual execution with commercial priorities.
Adapt displays efficiently in response to multiple requests, trading needs and seasonal updates.
Maintain exceptional standards through consistent attention to detail across all visual touchpoints.
Use market and partner insight to inform styling decisions and optimise product storytelling.
Support problem-solving on the shop floor, contributing ideas that balance creativity with practicality.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence through clear, thoughtful dialogue.
Highly organised with strong time management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfortable prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and pace.
Creative mindset with a genuine interest in styling and visual storytelling.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Brings a foundational understanding of Visual Merchandising, ideally gained within a premium or luxury retail environment.
