About Us
Tailored Management Support (TMS) provides flexible, on-demand support to property management companies across the UK. We help clients access experienced professionals for additional resource, project work and temporary cover, enabling businesses to remain productive during periods of growth, annual leave or increased workload.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Candidate Relationship Manager to help us attract, engage and support the talented professionals who are at the heart of our service.
As part of our wider group, you'll also work closely with our sister company, Connectus Recruitment. With an established reputation within the property sector, Connectus provides specialist recruitment, market insight and talent solutions that complement the services offered by TMS. This creates an exciting opportunity to work across both businesses, supporting candidate attraction, engagement and placement activity while helping deliver an exceptional experience for both professionals and clients.
The Role
This is a people-focused role centred around building and maintaining a high-quality network of professionals who support our clients.
You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging new talent, managing candidate relationships, coordinating onboarding, maintaining regular communication with our support team and ensuring we have the right people available to meet client demand.
Alongside day-to-day candidate management, you'll help shape the future growth of the business by developing recruitment strategies, improving onboarding processes, building talent pipelines and supporting workforce planning across both TMS and Connectus.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building long-term relationships, staying organised and contributing ideas within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify and engage high-quality professionals for the TMS support team and vacancies in Connectus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey with the business.
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance and induction processes for new team members.
- Maintain regular contact with existing professionals to understand availability, skills and career goals.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines to support future client requirements.
- Support workforce planning by ensuring an appropriate network of professionals is available to meet demand.
- Assist with recruitment marketing and candidate attraction initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment, onboarding and operational processes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across TMS and Connectus to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- Support candidate attraction, engagement and placement activities for Connectus Recruitment where required.
- Keep candidate records accurate and up to date within internal systems.
- Represent both businesses professionally and build a positive reputation within the property sector.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and enjoys working with people.
You'll be someone who builds trust easily, communicates confidently and takes pride in delivering an excellent experience for candidates and colleagues alike.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple priorities and be motivated by helping people find opportunities where they can succeed.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management or a people-focused role or if you have experience in Block Management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confidence using IT, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- An interest in the property sector (advantageous but not essential).
What You'll Gain
This is more than a recruitment role - it's an opportunity to become part of a collaborative business that genuinely values knowledge sharing, personal development and teamwork.
You'll work alongside experienced property professionals who understand the realities of the industry and are passionate about supporting one another. You'll gain valuable industry insight, broaden your recruitment expertise and have the opportunity to influence how we attract, engage and retain exceptional talent as our businesses continue to grow.
If you're looking for a role where you can build meaningful relationships, contribute ideas and develop your career within an ambitious and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
