About the Role
Robert Bird Group is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Junior Receptionist & Catering Assistant to join our London office. This varied role combines front-of-house reception duties with catering and workplace support responsibilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients and employees while helping to maintain a well-run and efficient office environment.
Duties

Welcome and assist visitors, clients and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct telephone calls, take messages and respond to enquiries efficiently.

Manage general email correspondence and provide administrative support as required.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings and events.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers.

Maintain a tidy, welcoming and professional reception area.

Assist with the preparation and serving of refreshments for meetings and events.

Set up and clear down meeting rooms, catering areas and office events.

Ensure kitchen, catering and breakout spaces remain clean, organised and fully stocked.

Monitor and replenish refreshments, catering supplies and office consumables.

Support the delivery of internal events and office functions.

Comply with food hygiene, health and safety, and workplace standards at all times.
