Litigation Assistant – Public Liability Team

Manchester or Leeds

We're looking for a motivated Litigation Assistant to join our welcoming and fast‑growing team. If you enjoy meaningful work, supporting others, and being part of a team that truly values collaboration, this role offers a wonderful opportunity to grow your career.

You'll assist with specialist defendant claims, with a strong focus on Public Liability matters. You'll work on a high‑quality, varied caseload for a diverse mix of clients, gaining exposure to high‑profile cases while being supported through structured progression, hands‑on mentoring, and ongoing professional development.

About the Team

Our national personal injury practice spans seven UK offices, and our Leeds team is consistently ranked top tier for defendant personal injury work. We handle complex, high‑value cases led by Partners recognised as leaders in the field, including matters involving cross‑border quantum investigations through our international network.

We believe in modern, thoughtful lawyering — working in partnership with clients and embracing innovation through our in‑house R&D capability and award‑winning legal technology.
