Full job description

Our friendly and busy hotel in Leicester is looking for a welcoming, hands‑on team member to join us as a Guest Service Assistant. This part-time role offers 28 hours per week and is ideal if you enjoy a varied role, can be flexible with your shifts, and take pride in delivering great customer service. You’ll earn up to £12.71 per hour, along with some great benefits.

We’re looking for someone with at least a year’s experience in hotels or hospitality who enjoys meeting new people and making them feel at home. You’ll be confident, approachable and a real team player, happy to pitch in wherever needed. No two days are the same here, you might be greeting guests at reception, helping with breakfast or dinner service, or supporting the bar and restaurant. It’s a busy, active role, so being comfortable on your feet and juggling different tasks is important.

You’ll also need to be confident using a computer, including Microsoft Office, and happy handling cash as part of your daily duties.

Your shifts will include a mix of weekdays and weekends, with both morning and evening hours, so being flexible with your availability is important.
