About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our reinstatement and repair team, working on fire, flood, and impact restoration projects. You’ll carry out a wide variety of tasks including strip-out, decontamination, tanking, tiling, plastering, and general reinstatement works, restoring properties to their pre-damage condition to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out strip-out and preparation works following property damage.
- Complete decontamination and drying tasks, including mould remediation and sanitisation.
- Undertake tanking and waterproofing works using approved systems.
- Perform plastering, tiling, and finishing to a high standard.
- Carry out basic plumbing, joinery, and patch repairs as required.
- Work from scopes, drawings, or site instructions to complete reinstatement tasks.
- Ensure all work meets health and safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in reinstatement, refurbishment, or building maintenance.
- Skilled in at least two core trades (e.g. tanking, tiling, plastering, decontamination).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good understanding of site safety and compliance.
Desirable:
- NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade.
- Experience with drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.).
- CSCS Card, Asbestos Awareness, and Manual Handling certificates.
- PASMA, IPAF, or Confined Space training (advantageous).
