Product Designer & Developer

We’re looking for a Product Design & Development Lead to own the journey from concept to creation — crafting innovative, technically exceptional products that elevate how people move, feel, and live.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end product design & development — from idea to final production
Create distinctive, high-performance product aligned with Vivida’s vision and deeply connected to what the customer & community are most excited by.
Develop detailed tech packs, oversee sampling, fittings, and approvals.
Drive fabric sourcing, innovation, and sustainability strategy.
Collaborate with global factories to deliver premium quality at target margins.
Balance creativity with commercial thinking — building products people love and buy

What You Bring

Strong experience in technical apparel design & development
Deep understanding of fabrics, construction, and fit
A sharp eye for detail, quality, and elevated design
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a fast-moving environment
Passion for innovation, sustainability, and building something meaningful
