Full job description

We’re Hiring: Security Business Development Managers

I’m looking to bring on experienced Business Development Managers to work alongside me and help security companies win more work across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the security industry, knows how to build relationships, and can open doors with companies that need manned guarding, construction site security, CCTV towers, mobile patrols, K9, event security, key holding, vacant property security and other security services.

You’ll be helping us find and create real opportunities for security providers by speaking with decision-makers, building relationships, booking meetings, following up with prospects, and helping turn conversations into work.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Experience in security, facilities management, construction, property, housing, events or business development
✅ Confident speaking with directors, site managers, procurement teams, FM companies and decision-makers
✅ Strong communication skills by phone, email and LinkedIn
✅ Ability to build trust and have proper business conversations
✅ Comfortable finding opportunities, following up, and keeping things organised
✅ Self-motivated, reliable and professional
✅ Someone who understands that this is about relationships, not pushy sales

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying potential contract and subcontracting opportunities
Speaking with companies that may need security support
Booking calls and meetings
Following up with warm leads
Helping security companies get in front of the right people
Keeping track of conversations and opportunities
Working closely with me to develop outreach strategies

The right person will be ambitious, consistent and good with people. You don’t need to be overly corporate. I’m looking for someone who can speak naturally, build genuine relationships and help create opportunities that turn into long-term work.

This can be remote/flexible, but you must be UK-based and comfortable speaking to UK businesses.
