About Us

Fairhill Solicitors Ltd is a growing law firm with an international client base. We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Administrator (Russian or Ukrainian speaker) to support the firm’s management and legal team with day-to-day administrative, organisational and client-facing work.

This is a role for someone proactive, organised with strong analytical thinking.

About the role

The successful candidate will assist with the smooth running of the firm, including administrative support, client communication, document management, diary coordination and general operational tasks. The role requires someone who can spot problems, suggest solutions and think creatively.

Main responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Providing administrative and PA support to the Managing Partner and legal team
Managing emails, appointments, calendars and reminders
Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Preparing, formatting and organising documents
Maintaining client files and internal records
Assisting with onboarding new clients and collecting information
Supporting compliance, billing and case management processes
Helping improve internal systems, templates and workflows
Carrying out research and problem-solving tasks when required
Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative and operational duties

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex information
A proactive approach and the ability to think outside the box
Good written and spoken English
Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Professional communication skills
Reliability, discretion and common sense, which is somehow no longer standard equipment
Interest in legal, immigration or professional services work

Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment would be helpful, but it is not essential if the candidate is motivated and quick to learn.
