North Manchester paediatric Emergency Department is seeking an enthusiastic Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our nursing team to work in a our Paediatric Emergency department

You will be well supported with career progression and learning opportunities in emergency medicine.

You will be part of a dynamic and friendly team who together strive to achieve the best patient outcomes and deliver the highest standard of care to all of our patients.

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AS A PAEDIATRIC NURSE WITH THE NMC TO APPLY

The post holder will assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of patient care in a caring, compassionate and sensitive manner. Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the clinical governance process. Act as a mentor/preceptor to junior staff, with specific responsibility for pre-registration students.

The post holder will take delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical team and the maintenance of high standards of quality patient care on a shift basis.
