About the Role
As an Office Administrator within the Pensions Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various sections, including Secretariat and Administration. Your support will be crucial in maintaining high standards of communication and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance, including diary management, meeting coordination, and stationery management.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format essential documents, presentations, reports, and meeting packs.
- Post Management: Organise and scan the team's daily post.
- Communication: Maintain team distribution lists and assist with incoming telephone calls.
