We are looking for Customer Services Coordinator to join our team at Bobcat.

As a Service Coordinator at Rushlift, you will provide efficient coordination of engineers and service schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate logging, communication, and timely resolution of service issues.

We’re looking for someone who:

To answer and log customer breakdowns and defects on the operating system
Ensure all data is accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders
Prioritise, allocate and distribute work to the Field Service Engineers
Ensure job completion within customer SLAs and internal KPIs
Organise and adjust service schedules as required
Co-ordinate follow up work and ensure timely resolution
Prepare repair quotations and estimates
Order parts in collaboration with engineers and the parts department
Manage and distribute work to sub-contractors as necessary

What sets you apart:

A good knowledge of IT is essential.
Ability to multi-task efficiently is a requirement
Good communication skills are essential
Experience of dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service
Problem solving skills are essential with the ability to adapt quickly
