Full job description

We're a fast-growing digital media company looking for a motivated, dedicated individual to join our team in a junior operations role. No prior experience in this industry is needed as we provide full training. What matters most is your attitude, your reliability, and your willingness to grow with us.

The Role

You'll be working remotely as part of a close-knit operation, supporting the day-to-day management of our teams. You'll be trained from the ground up, with a clear path to progress into a more senior position as your confidence and skills develop. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We invest in our people and promote from within.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the management of remote teams across multiple countries

- Communicating with team members and flagging issues to senior leadership

- Keeping on top of daily tasks across various platforms and tools

- Learning our systems and processes with a view to eventually running them

What We're Looking For

- A reliable, self-motivated individual who takes their work seriously

- Comfortable working remotely and managing their own time

- Good written English and confident communication skills

- Fast and confident computer skills are essential. You will be working across multiple platforms at speed and need to keep up with a fast-moving workflow

- A reliable PC or Mac with a stable internet connection

- No experience necessary, just the right attitude and a genuine desire to progress
