Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing professional to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement engaging social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, with a passion for storytelling and digital communication. Duties

Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage daily content creation, including writing, editing, and scheduling posts that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions with followers.
Analyse performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, PR, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital marketing.
Assist in managing public relations efforts by cultivating relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
Experience in public relations or community engagement is advantageous.
Ability to analyse data using analytics tools to inform strategy development.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling techniques.

Pay: £50.00-£100.00 per day
