None, horrible management, the HR are the worse, they don’t care

Absolute shocking, the way they treat there employees who work hard and go above and behond is never recognised  and ignored.

Stressful and frustrating, not being able to talk with your line manager is demoralising.

Probably the part when it’s the end of the shifts

The blame culture and people not knowing what there doing and lack of training

Blame someone else and don’t take responsibility and that’s just the managers

Run more machines then you could handle hence the reason why quality is effected from it

Initially the thought of continuing improvement

Flip flop senior managers no agenda to upskill and improve

Blame culture exists. No body is willing to take responsibility

Firefighting against poor planning manning

A day to day basis is fun and productive, but you're pushed past your limit.

I learnt machinery usage, and general maintanance.

The management are very straight up and you're well disciplined if you step foot out of line.

Co-Workers are great,a lot of fun to be around.

Hardest part of the job, living up to the high expectations.

Most enjoyable part of the job, going in to a moderately happy workforce.

on a typical day I would arrive at work and start with my O.E.E tasks by taking stocks off the machines and putting them onto the computer system. then I would go around a stock check to see if any labels needed printing. I have learned a variety of skills while working there but the most valuable one is the boost in my IT skills.

This place is nuts, never had an opportunity to work in such place before, work is easy , management is thick and some act like they are bullies, people are good as people can be but the atmosphere of constant stress that you do something not according to the thought ( not procedure) of one manager  is terrible. Over a year many people been sacked for stupid reasons.

Without email this company wouldn't exist.  No management will talk face to face, everyone hides behind emails.  Shocking company to work for, I just wish the directors would wake up to the poor management they have in place!! It's definitely a blame culture,  despite they're " one team one aim" slogan,  they pick on the individual,  not the issue. 

Days can be tough being in the warehouse no organisation makes your day really laborious and sometimes wonder why you bother. Also working in the warehouse and not actually making money for the directors leaves you with no training, poor wage and no prospects.

The company was very helpful and welcoming, very fast pace and positive actions on H&S as well as quality.
Look after there employees through the year as well opportunities for progression within the company.


Can't get nothing more that minimum wage. Some people are treated better then others. All depends of your nationality. They let people do  one shift, talk as much as you want and don't pay attention what you do if you are part of the 'family'.
