What is the best part of working at the company?
The social aspects of the company were what kept me there for so long. There is always something social happening each week and there are so many groups to get involved with.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The pressure to get things done and work outside of hours. The lack of support from senior staff because they are all over-worked themselves. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work culture was very "work hard play hard".

Plenty of work to do, work can be challenging with being expected to be able to work independently, solution focused workplace culture, supportive management, technical work is the hardest part of the job, working with like-minded people is the most enjoyable part of the job.

I really like to work in this company.
The projects are amazing 
There are a lot of teams each one with different projects and persons 
I love my team 

I enjoyed working for aktii for two years and would recommend other people to work here as the people here get on with eachother and help eachother when needed. 

We’ll run business which supports the development of its staff. Good socials and team members. Projects can sometimes become a little repetitive but other than that few complaints.
