Typical day as a TSEO was long and draining, it's not security it's revenue there is 12 hour shifts where about 8 hours of that you'll be whisked about greater Manchester traveling on buses asking people for tickets suppose to do a bus every 5 minutes, how how how when you have sometimes 30+ people on a bus, constantly monitored via radio locations (within 1 meter squared) can't even take a toilet break without them knowing, then after 7/8 hours of your day doing revenue again not security you'll then spend up to 1 or 2 hours getting your destination at a bus station but whom ever did manage the taskings obviously never taken a bus from cheetham hill to Stockport it's an hour and half incase you're wondering then you get to have your break so the only security part is spending about an hour at a static position before moving on back to base to leave.



What is the best part of working at the company?
There not the best to look after their staff if one of the staff members makes a mistake then all of them get punished for it they don’t care about your health or welfare they don’t have due to their staff and put u at risk all the time

The company and the fact they don’t listen or care about anyone or anybody just themselves 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
U or jumping on and off buses in all weather conditions and rules change all the time depending on how it makes them look 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
U are sent out in all whether with not the best Ppe on so u are cold wet or overheated

I worked here 2023-2024 & The contract manager is what makes this contract & also the fellow supervisor AP also is a credit to the contract. 

I resigned to go to another role, but do regret that as this was a great role. 

I always felt supported and encouraged to progress within my role & had a great work life balance, including additional support outside of work when i needed it. 

The role is diverse & interesting & certainly not for a Jacket filler of the security industry. 

You get the chance to travel across the Northwest & meet a wide & varied section of the general public. 

The client was also very good to work for also. 

If you get the opportunity of a role here, don't mess it up & regret it like some people do. Its a great contract to be part of.

Was reliable company to work for regular hours always paid correctly and on time pleasant staff and management.

Security work can always have it's ups and downs just good to know you have a reliable team to back you up

Good to have people to talk to as working helps time pass

Enjoyable and interesting a learning curve

Fixed fortnightly pay date, supervisor fair and confident, regular communication and support

None really, pretty much available if required.

Supportive, online training and yearly appraisal

I didn't actually work for them I interviewed with lots of experience and it went very well then I just didn't hear anything back from them

Lack of communication, I even chased the outcome up

A response needed!! As a person who tried there hardest in an interview I feel I deserved a response

Management no value for staff at all they will use u  when they need you and mistreat you whn your not required

Work environment was good, good team helps

Non stop, dealing with incidents after incidents no back up from management

The management will deduct your pay on false pretence which is illegal. They will try to micro manage you and also throw you under the bus if something happens. Little care for the employees. You are made to sign training documents even if you haven't read them properly. Very poor work ethic from the management leading to a high turnover. You only have relative safety if you are white and get along with the management.

It's not well structured nor is it a nice environment

No ownership from management.
Lack of empathy or any respect towards work that's done

Horrendous environment 

Very negative due to poor management

Asked to do more than my job and constantly told to be privalaged to have the job

Money was on time always work available

If you like being verb abused by customers and standing on your feet for a long time

Working on busy railway stations, some early mornings and late nights

Up at 4:30, go to collect keys open up stations and customer service with Rail passengers
