Anglo Recycling Ltd. is a very respectable and reasonable company to work for. There was no nonsense regarding the interview or training process, and your role is explained to you with generous amounts of patience. All of the management members are a phone call or text message away and the area manager is a breadth of knowledge regarding the job itself. She will look after you!

You need to be able to work alone and handle the pressure of being solely responsible for your work. You have no coworkers! This is both a pro and a con, but mostly a pro in my experience. In between customers you are free to anything, I used the time to catch up on my reading. 

I only left the company because I was moving away. There were no reasons to quit stemming from the company itself. If you can handle the work, this job will be a breeze for you. 

I like working here, management are always helpful and nice, the work itself isn't too difficult but sometimes you will be rushing around as it can get quite busy. You are always paid on time and properly, 
The cabin is in a good location and easy to get to as it's near shops so you can get something on your lunch break, 
I would recommend working for this company 

Very fair company to work for. Well looked after and made to feel valuable.  I felt they always heard what we had to say and at times without having to ask, we simply received some positivity. 
COL increase was given without been asked for. Salary always paid on time - most times it was in my bank well before. 
Overall, if you’re honest and a hard worker then this is one of the best companies in the UK to work for. 

most of the people alright.hours okay.co-workers alright .arrive at 7:30 start stop at 9:55. start at 10:15 stop at 12:25.dinner. start 13:15 stop at 14:55.start at 15:10 stop at 16:55.go home.keep your head down and keep going.most enjoyable part of job, interaction with work colleges.hardest part of job was crawling underneath machine cleaning.management managed .

Every thing is fine with the job but the buses is badly managed. The current manager hasn't got a clue to manage and organise sometimes he is clueless to what is going on most of the time he is very forgetful and his disaplinery to staff is very poor he mostly let the staff do what they want
