Arkk Solutions is a great opportunity for any graduates just finishing a degree, it is a good quality job which requires some knowledge of finance and the ability to learn a whole new system which is fun. However, after the first promotion, there isn't very much movement after that unfortunately so it is hard to view this as a job for life as it is more like a stepping stone into a better paid job with more opportunities.

This is a company in quite a new and niche market, which provided in  a great learning experience, as I was constantly having to learn about the products they offered.

Through use of the Agile Methodology we had daily scrums in which was discussed any issues from the previous day and our plans/goals for the coming day.

good place to work. staff are friendly. benefits are alright but could be better especially the pension contributions - just the statutory minimum. it would be nice to have the option to increase this.
