Honestly, I disliked the main manager, he would joke around enough to make you think he likes you but he doesn’t care at all. If you have pain at work or feel sick or have hurt yourself he still wants you to come in. I made good friends with a couple of people other than him, and really learnt values in life in terms of time management, communication skills, and sales skills. The management was good since they have experience in the industry and take care of their employees when customers begin to get rowdy, but they were always rude and if you have a faint heart or cannot take jokes well, DO NOT JOIN. I had a good time while it lasted but the environment got more and more toxic progressively through the months I worked there. The hardest part of the job was when they make 1-2 people do the job of 3-4 peoples while 4000-9000 customers are there throughout the day.

I really enjoyed working for this company. The people you work with are like family as you spend quite a bit of time together camping, working, travelling etc. Management is very friendly and I felt I was able to talk to managers about problems without being nervous or scared. Artisan catering was one of the best jobs I have ever had and I am very proud to of been given the opportunity to work there. The boss is particularly passionate about employees wellbeing and has done well to create such a calm environment. The work can be tough as a lot of customers are intoxicated but easy to manage if you have good people skills. Every time I worked for this company I was excited to finish my shift and enjoy time with my co-workers outside of the work environment. The pay is excellent and definitely worth it.
