What is the best part of working at the company?
My UK stakeholders, they were brilliant.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to convince senior people of the change required to mature the marketing procurement category. Dealing with a senior HR person that actually shouted at me during a review.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Collaborative at a local country level, but too much focus on what it looked like rather than how it should operate at the European and Global level.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A healthy mix of stakeholder and supplier engagement, and close contact with the excellent legal team.

The business prides itself on its innovation, optimized by one of the company's values; "challenger mindset".
I would recommend this company to anyone who is entrepreneurial and looking to challenge and push themselves.

The supply chain team was a great group of people to work with every day. We all strived to help each other and often worked longer hours to ensure our tasks were complete to the best abilities.

Employee welfare is highly regarded. Most people work here for a long time because they are happy here. Everyone is respectful, work is meaningful and outcome focused rather than activity monitoring.


Not a bad company to work for Me coming from a different country they embrace me and allow me to do my job to the fullest. great atmosphere with great people.

I enjoyed my time here at Schweppes. The management were good and provided a very happy environment to work in. It was a shame they merged with Britvic and had to relocate premises..

Enjoyed a great three years here. I loved everything about this place. The brewery is a lovely place to work with great people. Would recommend working here
